Who even need a reason to watch Star Wars in the first place? With ‘The Rise of Skywalkers’ and ‘The Mandalorian’, the hype of Star Wars movies is back on track and with that, a company is willing to offer you $1,000 dollars to get lost in the George Lucas’ galaxy. So, what is the catch to the big fish?
To get thorough the 10 Star Wars movies and finally to the prize, fans must submit an application explaining in 200 words or less why they are the perfect person for the job. Applications must be submitted by December 11 and applicants must be active Twitter users who are 18 years or older, as well as US citizens.
The line-up consists of the original episodic trilogy – A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi – as well as the prequels The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, two of the three sequels, The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi, and the non-episodic prequels Solo and Rogue One.
According to CableTV.com, the movie marathon which will take about 22 hours and 25 is set to wrap up just before "The Rise of Skywalker," the final chapter which debuts on December 20.
The watcher will also get some ‘’Star Wars’’ merch: an R2-D2 popcorn popper, a Chewbacca onesie, and a Han Solo Nerf blaster.
This isn't the first time this year that a company has offered cash to fans willing to binge-watch movies.
