All the die-hard Salman fans have flocked at the theatres to catch the first-day first show of their favourite actor's film. While one user wrote, ''Highest Grosser Of The Year Pakka For #Dabangg3 #Dabangg3Day,'' another wrote, ''And Show has Started With 100% Occupancy. Jai Salman Khan.''

Check out the reactions below:

Considering the box office success of the last two films in the Dabangg series, film trade analyst Girish Johar is expecting Dabangg 3 to be a hit as well. Talking to Hindustan Times, Johar said, ''A Salman Khan film is coming during the festive period of Christmas when the business is up at the Indian box office. It is a hardcore masala entertainer. Makers are releasing the film in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada and are penetrating the south market as well. So, I am expecting a great start to the film at the box office.''

On being asked about why the film may not be able to beat the opening figures of Bharat, Girish said, "Bharat was a holiday release but Dabangg 3 releases on a working Friday.''

Speaking about the film previously, Sonakshi Sinha told news agency IANS: "I think it will be very fun because there is an element in Dabangg series, where artistes come and they do a song for the film. This time there will not be Munni in the song and there will be Munna in the song. So it will be a lot more fun."

Meanwhile, the makers recently announced that they have "voluntarily" removed certain scenes from the film's title track "Hud Hud Dabangg". The film had attracted controversy after a Hindu outfit objected to a sequence in the title song that shows saffron-clad sadhus dancing with guitars. Taking to Twitter, the official handle of Salman Khan Films posted, "Keeping everyone's sentiments in mind, we have voluntarily edited certain scenes from the song 'Hud Hud Dabangg'."

Apart from Salman and Sonakshi, the film also stars Sudeep, Pankaj Tripathi and Manjrekar's daughter Saiee Manjrekar.
