Pranaam Review: A milestone movie for Rajeev Khandelwal

Mumbai:

The story of the film begins when Rajiv Khandelwal as IAS officer Rajiv Singh who has been shot and is trying to reach somewhere with staggering steps. And a lot of scenes are shown in flashback, reaveling that there is a lot in the film.

Rajiv Khandelwal, who is known for his performances in hits like Aamir and Table Number 21, plays a peon’s son in the film. He wants to become an IAS officer and fulfil his father’s dream, but fate has other plans. But the corruption prevailing in the society prevents him from doing so when Gyanu Singh i.e. Abhimanyu Singh comes into his life. After which there are many ups and downs in Ajay Singh's life, he gets involved in ciminal cases and also have to lose their loved ones.

The innocent boy somehow turns into a renowned gangster and is charged with three murders. With police chasing after him, Rajiv can be seen fighting and sabotaging the cops’ plans.

Directed by Sanjiv Jaiswal, Pranaam has Puri, Anil Singh and Nitin Mishra as producers. It also features actorsRELATEDin important roles.

Talking about the direction and other technical aspects of the film, the depth in narration and screnplay is evitable. Sanjeev Jaiswal has handled the direction of directing quite well, the tight script and the tremendous dialogues have managed to make the film look beautiful. Sanjeev Jaiswal has done justice to some of the finest actors in the industry and their characters.

Rajeev Khandelwal has performed tremendously in the role of Ajay Singh. Has played the character of poor boy of Uttar Pradesh. Manjari Shukla who plays Ajay's love interest is impressive. Atul Kulkarni is very much like the character of Inspector Rajpal Singh, when he comes on screen, he has played the role of a corrupt police officer.

Abhimanyu Singh plays Gyanu Singh, who is the leader of the college's student union and shoulders the task of leaking exam papers.

Each character moves the story on their own.

The music of Manoj Muntasir is very good and background music is also well used.

Overall, in Pranam, you will get to experience love, conspiracy, bullying and a story that is common to the common people.
