Ariana Grande is the latest celebrity to be pelted with flying objects. The 7 rings singer was thrown with a wedge of lemon during her performance at Coachella Festival in Indio on Sunday night. In a video captured by one of the audiences, the 25-year-old pop diva can be seen hit by a lemon in the chest while heading on the main stage to perform.

Last week, rumours hovered around on the internet claiming that Ariana Grande was paid $8 million for headlining Coachella this year, while Beyoncé was paid only half of that for headlining the festival last year. Ari fans are now speculating that the lemon culptrit was a Beyoncé fan who might have failed to to his/her study before the act. Because the gossip about the pay difference was reportedly debunked a few days ago with both the divas being paid $8 million. 'We're told the contracts for Grande and Beyoncé were structured exactly the same way,' a source has since clarified to The Blast.
After the outrageous video surfaced on the Internet Ari fans have flooded Twitter showing support for the 25-year-old songstress.

According to The Daily Mail, Ari swiftly recovered from the lemon hurling as she closed her concert with a powerful performance with surprise guest Justin Bieber to sing his 2016 hit Sorry.Â
