Justin Bieber is reportedly been sued by a photographer he accidentally drove over with his truck in 2007. According to TMZ, the photographer has filed a lawsuit for the 107 accident which took place when Justin was leaving a worship service in Beverly Hills. According to the lawsuit obtained by The Blast, the photographer, William Wilson, accuses the 25-year-old singer of negligence claiming that he was standing off to the passenger’s side of Bieber’s Dodge Ram truck when he was clipped and went to the ground with minor injuries.

According to TMZ, Wilson said he suffered "permanent disability, emotional damages and general damages." At the time officials at the Beverly Hills Police Department noted that Bieber “fully cooperated with officers” and was not cited or charged in the incident.

Wilson, who doesn't specify his injuries posted a video from his hospital bed back then and is now suing the singer for unspecified damages. TMZ, who reached out to Justin regarding the charges reports that the singer is yet to reply to the charges against him.
