Are Taylor Swift and Katy Perry’s ‘Bad Blood’ a thing of the past now? Looks like it from the Swish Swish singer’s own words who mentioned that she is "open" to work with Taylor Swift for a new track. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight on the sidelines of iHeartRadio Music Awards, Katy Perry stated that she is ‘open’ to work with Taylor Swift for a new track. The 34-year-old singer was asked whether the frenemies were a thing of the past and if she is looking forward for a ‘collab’ with Tay Tay, to this Perry replied, "I'm open! Open, open, open!" she said, imitating an artificial intelligence robot, a bit she was doing for the interview. “I’m a loveable A.I.!”
The rift between the two pop singers allegedly began when reports sprang that a few of Swift’s backup dancers left her tour to dance for Perry instead. And since then many argue that Swift’s “Bad Blood” is directed at Perry while Perry’s “Swish Swish” is aimed at Swift. But with Perry ‘open’ for a collab with Tay Tay, will the bad blood between the two finally be a thing of the past?
Last year, the duo is reported to have called it quits to ended their feud after the "Bon Appetite" hitmaker sent a surprise package to Swift requesting for her forgiveness. And now with Perry’s ‘open’ invitation, we are looking forward to Swift’s response.
