The documentary which claims to expose the other side of the 'King of Pop' was received with ‘extremes’ from both the sides. Paris Jackson isn’t fazed by the backlash her famous dad Michael has received following the airing of the controversial documentary. While the daughter of the late musician hasn’t made her official statement, she took to Twitter to have her say about the documentary. She did, however, suggest on her Twitter handle that she doesn’t think it’s possible for Michael Jackson’s name to be ‘torn down’ in the wake of the documentary, despite several radio stations now refusing to play his music.

i didn’t mean to offend by expressing that titties should be calm, i know injustices are frustrating and it’s easy to get worked up. but reacting with a calm mind usually is more logical than acting out of rage and also.... it feels better to mellow out.

Twitter in the meantime remains divided. While many say the documentary as the ‘Michael Jackson’ we never saw, some saw it as an attempt to wear down his legacy or even pilfer money out of Jackson’s estate. Responding to Paris’ Tweet, one user wrote, ‘’The bigger picture is your father's legacy ruined and his name smeared forever but whatever though’’. Journalist Piers Morgan also took to twister to hare his opinion, he wrote,’’ Interesting to see so many journalists on here accept everything in #LeavingNeverland is true, without applying any questioning eye.
The 2 accusers have changed their story multiple times & are suing Jackson’s estate for 100s of millions. At least be challenging, surely?

The Jackson family have meanwhile accused Robson and Safechuck of ‘trying to make money’ from their claims, despite HBO revealing they had no ‘financial interest’ in the documentary and were not paid to appear in it.
