Lo Angele [US], July 8 (ANI): Producer Scott Rudin i returning to Broadway with new play.
On Monday, he and Barry Diller announced that Samuel D. Hunter Little Bear Ridge Road will premiere on Broadway for a limited 18-week run thi fall in a production tarring Laurie Metcalf and Micah Stock, under the direction of Joe Mantello, a per Deadline.
Metcalf and Stock will reprie their acclaimed performance from the production world premiere lat year at The Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago. Performance will begin on Tueday, October 7, ahead of a Thurday, October 30 opening night at Broadway Booth Theatre.
The production mark Rudin return to Broadway ince hi 2021 departure following allegation of bullying hi taff, Deadline reported.
In a New York Time profile three month ago, Rudin announced hi plan to reume hi producing career, aying ha undergone a decent amount of therapy. He called hi previou behavior bone-headed and narciitic.
The play that will ee Rudin return will be the eventh collaboration between Mantello and Metcalf, who return to Broadway for the eventh time in 10 year. Rounding out the company from the initial run at Steppenwolf Theatre are John Drea and Meighan Gerachi. (ANI)
