Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya got hitched in 2017 and ever since they have been giving us some major couple goals. The duo will be seen on the big screen together for the first time post marriage in Shiva Nirvana’s Majili. The makers of Majili on Tuesday released another poster in which Naga Chaitanya is gazing at Samantha lovingly. The two look extremely adorable and sweet, and we are just waiting for the film to hit the theatres. The poster also reveals that the teaser of Majili will hit the screens on Valentine’s Day.
Samantha took to her Twitter account to share the new poster and wrote, “Celebrate love and life on this #ValentinesDay! Unveiling the teaser of #Majili on 14th Feb at 9:09 AM. A film by Shiva Nirvana.â€Â Â

Naga and Samantha will be sharing the screen space for the fourth time after Ye Maya Chesave, Autonagar Surya and Manam. The film also stars Divyansha Kaushik, Subba Raju, Posani Krishna Murali and Ramesh Rao in prominent roles.
In the film, Naga will be portraying the role of a cricketer. In an earlier interview, Shiva had said, "This will be a family drama where cricket will merely be used as a backdrop to connect the characters of Chaitanya and Samantha. Chay will be seen playing a cricketer and he will take cricket lessons briefly to play his part. If everything goes as planned, we start shooting from mid-August."
Talking about the film, Naga in an interview to Firstpost had said, ‘’It’s a love story, but we are taking it a step further. It’s our first film together after our wedding and I don’t think you can play around with the-love-at-first-sight theme with us (laughs). It’s a mature love story which talks about different stages of marriage. We are taking a realistic approach to tell the story and there is no sugar coating.â€
Naga Chaitanya and Samantha met each other in 2009 on the sets of Yeh Maaya Chesave. They were best friends for a long time, and finally started dating at the end of 2014.
