Vijay Deverakonda’s fandom climbed the ladder with 2017’s cult hit Arjun Reddy and since then he had no looking back. The actor has a huge fan following, who try to emulate him in their day-to-day lives and even Bollywood filmmakers who want to encash his popularity. Deverakonda is now a proud owner of a plush house in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

Going by the reports, the house is worth Rs 15 crore in the locality. The entire Deverakonda family had a house warming ceremony recently which was attended by close family and friends. The Dear Comrade actor took to Twitter to share a family photo in their new house and wrote, "Her happiness. His pride. Our new home! Sending you all lots of love from the 4 Deverakondas - you've all been a part of this journey with us (sic)" On his Facebook page, he shared the same photo and stated that he's scared because he bought a new house that is so big.

He posted, "I bought a house so big. It scares me. Now need mum to make us all feel safe. Make it home. (sic)" Vijay Deverakonda's brother Anand, who recently made his acting debut with Dorasani, took to Instagram to share a photo with their friends.

Jubilees Hills is the most post locality of Hyderabad were most of the famous Tollywood celebs and politicians have their house. Prabhas to Illyarjun, all own a property at jubilee Hillls. Tollywood studios like Ramanaidu Studios, Padmalaya Studios, and Annapurna Studios are also located here.

He shared, "Childhood friends (seniors here) last a lifetime! (sic)" On the professional front, Vijay Deverakonda is presently waiting for the release of director Kranti Madhav's World Famous Lover. Next he has a Tamil-Telugu bilingual flick titled Hero up his sleeves with filmmaker Anand Annamalai.
