Bigg Boss Tamil: Rajinikanth’s portrait goes missing from the house?
Bigg Boss Tamil has been in headlines for its never-ending controversies and its latest season is no exception. This time it’s not the contestants who have erupted the controversy, but it was over the removal of a large portrait of Superstar Rajinikanth’s look from ‘Petta’ from the Bigg Boss 3 house.
Recently, few media personal were given a small tour inside the Bigg Boss 3 house and some of them revealed that earlier there were two pics hanging on the wall, one of Kamal Haasan from Virumaandi and Rajinikanth from Petta.
Even, when the show was telecasted on air, several hardcore fans of Rajinikanth found it shocking and condemned the act. Actor and musician Premji Amaren said that though the pic was removed from the Bigg Boss house, Rajini will always find a special place in the hearts of his fans worldwide.
Sources told Dtnxt, “Rajini’s image shows him smoking a cigarette. That’s one of the reasons why the creative team of the show decided to remove it. However, the fans took it personal’’.
Earlier, the third season of Bigg Boss Tamil was in headlines when an advocate from Channai named Sudhan filed a petition asking for a ban on the reality show.
During the hearing, Justice Manikumar and Subramaniam Prasad had issued notices to nine respondents, including the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), and posted the next hearing in two weeks.
Kamal Haasan has been the host of the reality TV show since its inception. Bigg Boss season 1 had 19 participants and the second had 16, this time around the show has 15 participants and 2 special entries who will come in later.
