Every month new shows are launched on the small screen but very few fail to make a mark among the audience. Shows like Aisi Deewangi Dekhi Nhi Kahi, Dil Sambhal Ja Zara and Haasil were launched with a lot of expectations but they went off air within six months.

Both Dil Sambhal Ja Zara and Haasil featured a Bollywood star but they couldn't deliver on the rating front and hence were pulled off. Zayed Khan made his small screen debut with Sony Entertainment Television's show Haasil while Sanjay Kapoor made his comeback to television with Dil Sambhal Ja Zara.

It seems two more shows are set to bite the dust if recent reports are to be believed.

Star Plus will introduce a new comedy show Har Shaakh Pe Ullu Baitha Hai at the 8PM slot. Grapevines are buzzing with the rumours that Rishton Ka Chakravyuh, the current show airing at that slot will make way for the show produced by Ashwini Dhir.

The channel has already aired the promo for the show informing the time slot.

Sasural Simar Ka is one of the longest shows on the small screen and has completed over 2000 episodes. The daily drama was pushed to the early evening slot to make room for Arjun Bijlani starrer Ishq Mein Marjawan.

According to a report in Tellychakkar, the Rashmi Sharma show will air its last episode on March 2.

The Colors' show which stars Keerti Gaekwad Kelkar, Rohan Mehra and Varun Sharma in key roles first hit the airwaves in April 2011. Dipika Kakkar played the original 'Simar' but bid adieu to the show in March last year.

Sasural Simar Ka grabbed a lot of eyeballs from its supernatural content and remained the butt of jokes on social media. All said and done, the show managed to win the hearts of the viewers and perform well in TRP charts for quite a long time.
