Ever since Hina Khan left Kasautii Zindagii Kay, names of many actresses replacing her as the new Komolika have been doing the rounds. Now after Jasmin Bhasin and Karishma Tanna, latest reports suggest that Gauahar Khan might replace Hina Khan as Komolika on the show.
A source informed Pinkvilla, "The makers are very keen on having Gauahar on-board to play Komolika on the show. Gauahar even gave the look test and has been in constant talks with the production house. The makers seem convinced and are insisting on having Khan as the new Komolika, but Gauahar is in a dilemma given that she has other web series and projects in hand. However, final talks and modalities are yet to be discussed."
Hina set the bar quite high right from the time she made her first appearance as Komolika in the show. The ratings of the show went high in no time and fans loved watching her play the antagonist in the show. Karan Singh Grover recently joined the cast as Mr. Bajaj and has been receiving a lot of praise for his performance in the show.
Ever since Hina Khan wrapped up Kasautii Zindagii Kay, she has been busy shooting for her film projects. She has been roped in as the lead for Vikram Bhatt’s next. Titled Hacked, the film was all set to roll in the month of March or April but got pushed due to reasons best known to the makers. She has bagged the role opposite actor Rohan Shah, who is known for his roles in television shows The Serial and Itna Karo Naa Mujhe Pyaar and also played the teenage Kaal in Krrish 3.There are also reports suggesting that the actress been approached to play the lead in Naagin 4.
