Popular Bollywood film-maker Kabir Khan is all set to debut on the digital platform with an exciting web series. The ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ director is coming up with ‘The Forgotten Army’ which will be available exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
The shooting for the upcoming series has commenced on Monday in Mumbai. The series is inspired by true events and focuses on the men and women who fought for India’s independence as part of the Indian National Army led by Subhas Chandra Bose, as per a press release.

Ekta Kapoor also recently launched a web series based on Subhash Chandra Bose on her digital platform ALT Balaji. The series titled ‘Bose: Dead or Alive’ has been applauded for its superb plot and stellar performance of actors.
For the uninitiated, Newton star Rajkummar Rao played the titular role in the popular series. The series is highly rated on IMDb.
