Indian television’s one of the most popular reality show Bigg Boss is all set to return with its 12th edition on September 16. The show features both celebrities and commoners who stay locked inside a house for several weeks with an aim to win the coveted prize money and Bigg Boss winner trophy. Apart from prize money, the housemates also receive some remuneration on timely basis as agreed upon under their contract. Pamela Anderson – The Baywatch fame appeared on the fourth edition of the reality show and she charged a huge sum of Rs 2 crores for just three days of stay.
The Great Khali – Former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) professional wrestler also was a part of the fourth season. As per some reports, it is said that Khali charged around Rs 50 lakh per week for his stay in Bigg Boss house.
Rimi Sen – The Bollywood diva was paid a whopping sum of Rs 2 crore for throughout her stay in the Bigg Boss house. But, the actress left her fans as well as makers of the show disappointed because she seemed quite a lazy person in the house and also not very active during weekly tasks.
Karishma Tanna – If sources are to be believed, the television actress charged Rs 10 lakh per week for her stay in Bigg Boss house. She was a part of the eighth season of Bigg Boss.
Hina Khan – The finalist of the last season of Bigg Boss, Hina Khan is also one of the highest paid contestants of the show. As per some reports, she was paid Rs 7-8 lakhs per week
