Brett Lee, former Australian fast bowler, will now be seen promoting his upcoming romantic comedy film UnIndian on one of the popular Indian comedy TV shows Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain. The show is widely liked in the country.
“Lee is one of the most admired cricketers in the world. Glad to hear he is coming on the sets of our show. I have heard that he plays the guitar beautifully, so I am hoping to hear him strum for me,” Saumya Tandon, who plays Anita in the show, said in a statement.
The show, which is aired on &TV, also features Aashif Sheikh, Shubhangi Atre and Rohitash Gaud. Directed by Anupam Sharma, “UnIndian”, which also stars Tannishtha Chatterjee and Nicholas Brown among others, is scheduled to release on August 19 in India. Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain is quite popular among viewers, thanks to the four funny characters.
