Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’s favourite character Dayaben, played by Disha Vakani is out from the limelight for quite some time now. Some reports have now surfaced over the internet which will leave fans of TMKOC disappointed. Fans have been eagerly waiting to see Dayaben on the screens again Disha Vakani aka Dayaben may not join the comedy show again.
The actress went on a maternity leave in October 2017 and delivered a baby girl on November 30, 2017. Later, there were reports that the actress may not join work any time soon as she wants to concentrate on bringing up her child. However, the makers of the show somehow shot some scenes from Disha’s house and as per her convenience for some episodes.
As per a report by SpotboyE in September last year, it was said that Dayaben may return during the festival period of Navaratri but the actress was still missing in that period as well.

It is now being anticipated that Dayaben may not return to the show in near future. It is also reported that the actress put some conditions with her timings, monetary and availability in front of the makers. But, the makers denied to comply with her conditions.
As per a source by SpotboyE, “It’s been almost a year Disha has been missing from the show. However, it hasn't affected the TRP as such and so, the makers are also ok with the idea of not having her on the show’’.
In fact, the producer of the show Asit Kumar Modi denied to comment on Disha’s comeback to the show. He just said, "I don't want to make any comment on this matter anymore’’.
It will be interesting to see what happens next, will Dayaben make her return to Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah or fans will have to accept the fact and watch the show without Jethalal’s wife.
