Kaun Banega Crorepati 11’s Karamveer episode recently witnessed the participation of Padmashree recipient Sunitha Krishnan who revealed the kind of atrocities human traffickers are capable of committing and how she helping victim rehabilitate and find a life beyond that tragedy.
A social activist Krishnan has rescued more than 20,000 children and women from trafficking. She was accompanied by her husband Rajesh Touchriver, who played the game along with her. In the episode she game account of some horrifying incidents of child and human trafficking and the audience and the the host Amitabh bachchan was taken by shock.
Bollywood actress, Anushka Sharma took to twitter to applaud Sunitha Krishnan's undying spirit and her incredible work.

During the episode, Sunitha also narrated her own story, that she was raped by 8 men at the age of 15. Not only this, she has been attacked 17 times on her journey to rescue children and women from trafficking.
Sunitha spoke about how rape videos are widely circulated on social media. Out of her own experience, she narrates how she once she rescued a girl from a brothel who was just a half year old.

Krishnan went home with a prize of Rs. 12,50,000. She was quizzed on subjects like Osteoporosis, Guinness World Book Record and #MeToo movements.
