The mid-2000s saw the rise of some of the most liked Indian soap operas like Dill Mill Gayye, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Kumkum among many others. Bringing back those TV experiences on a platter, the star of Dill Mill Gayye, Karan Wahi much to fans excitement announced that the duo Jennifer Winget and he will be coming together again for a digital project more than nine years after Dill Mill Gayye.
Karan Wahi who plays Dr Siddhant to Dr Ridhima in the series about young doctor interns opened up about his excitement of working together with his fellow co-star while sitting down with Hindustan Times. The star told the daily, “Jenny and I get along like a house on fire and shooting with her has always been very exciting. We share a great camaraderie as co-stars and respect each other’s craft. I think there is a sense of understanding that always reflects and is fun. Today, we are better friends than before, so, I guess it only adds to the madness. I hope the audience likes our chemistry once again.”
The actor, who shares a very flattering onscreen chemistry with Jennifer Winget also added, “I guess when you are friends with someone for years, somehow nothing changes drastically. I can’t explain what kept our friendship going. But, I guess when you have mutual respect and if you can be yourself with someone, it always turns out to be something special.”
Jennifer was last seen as Zoya in Bepannaah opposite Harshad Chopda, while Karan Wahi was seen in one of the trendiest web television series Sacred Games.
