Koffee With Karan 6: Badshah reveals that he is a big ‘Salarukh’ fan

In the latest episode of popular chat show Koffee With Karan 6, Punjabi singers Diljit Dosanjh and Badshah were seen making their debut on Karan’s show. Both the ‘Funjabi’ singers shared few laughter and had some serious talk with the host. During the chat, rapper-singer Badshah revealed an overwhelming experience with super star Shah Rukh Khan. He said that when he was at Shah Rukh’s house, the 53-year old actor himself served him biryani with his own hands. The host Karan interjects in between and says, “Yeah, he’s very hospitable like that. For khatirdari he is number one’’.

He also revealed that whenever he would leave Shah Rukh’s house, the ‘Badshah’ Khan himself escorts him to his car and even shut his car’s door. He said, “It hurts! Arey, humne kuch nahin kiya aur hum shaayad yeh gesture nahi karte ho kisi ke kiye’’.

On being asked about choosing between Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, he answered that he would like to be a ‘Salarukh’ fan.

During the show, Karan also asked Badshah about his decision to become a musician. He replied that he was pursuing engineering at St Stephens College but always felt that he was musician who just happened to be studying engineering. He also said that he was exposed to music in Chandigarh where he realised that he wants to become a musician.

Badshah is popularly known as a rapper while Diljit Dosanjh is a pop singer. Both the artists also delivered a chartbuster in the year 2013, titled Proper Patola. Apart from singing, singer Diljit singer is also making his mark as an actor in Bollywood. He also featured in Anurag Kashyap’s 2016 flick Udta Punjab.
