Nach Baliye is all set to be back with its ninth season. This time, Salman Khan is donning the producer’s hat for the popular dance reality show. The dance show will see celebrity couples as well as ex-couples competing with them. Talking about the same, a source had told Mumbai Mirror, "With getting ex-lovers together, the idea was to add some spice to the show. The audience will enjoy their chemistry."
Recently, there were reports suggesting that the first episode of Nach Baliye 9 will likely have Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh as celebrity judges to cheer the contestants. Now a latest report says that it was just a baseless rumour and was completely untrue. According to an industry informer, both Deepika and Ranveer and busy shooting for their respective films. While Ranveer is prepping up for the much-anticipated film '83 in London, Deepika is shooting for Meghna Gulzar's next titled Chhapaak, reports timesnownews.com.
The source was quoted as saying, "It is just plain baseless rumour. Both Deepika and Ranveer are neck deep with their work commitments currently as we all know and there is no way for them to do Nach Baliye. No plans like this have even been discussed so we can tell you that there is no truth to this."
Earlier, a report in Mumbai Mirror gave rise to the speculations of Ranveer and Deepika kickstarting the dance reality show alongside Salman. A source went on to tell the tabloid, "The channel is in talks with the couple to make an appearance, and unless the schedule of their sports drama which is currently on in London is hit for a six, they will be the first celebrity guests. The opening episode will be shot in the second week of July."
The source further said, "He will be hosting the episode and there will be lots of fun banter between Ranveer, Deepika and him."This year, Jennifer Winget and Sunil Grover will be hosting the show. Talking about the judges, Raveena Tandon has been confirmed yet and the other two judges will be finalised soon.
