Celebrated actress Oviya Helen pulled out of Bigg Boss Tamil citing medical reasons. And the buzz doing the round is that she might not come back on the show.
After quitting Bigg Boss Tamil, Oviya is now back to her first love – acting, and will soon start shooting for the film Silukkuvarupatti Singam which she has signed before entering the Bigg Boss house.
Silukkuvarupatti Singam has Regina Cassandra and Vishnu Vishal in the lead roles while Oviya will be seen in a cameo. As per the sources, Oviya’s role was initially small but is now slated to be an extended cameo.
Silukkuvarupatti Singam will be the first film for Oviya post-Bigg Boss. It is being termed as her comeback film in the Tamil language as she was last seen in a Tamil movie more than a year ago.
Thanks to Kamal Haasan hosted Bigg Boss Tamil Oviya has now earned a huge fan following especially for her candid and cheeky demeanour on the show.
It was believed that Oviya will go on to win the Bigg Boss title in the first season of the show but she voluntarily walked out of the house thus earning huge fan following and respect from the audience.
Silukkuvarupatti Singam is being directed by Chella Ayyavu and produced by Vishnu Vishal.
