Popular reality show Bigg Boss 11 got the tinselvile buzzing ever since it was announced. Indeed, the speculations about the contestants of the show was quote obvious. However, the show made the heads turn after it was reported that superstar Salman Khan won't be hosting the eleventh season of Bigg Boss.
It was reported that Salman has opted out of the show owing to his professional commitments and that Akshay Kumar will replace him as the host of Bigg Boss 11. Indeed, the reports raised a lot of eyebrows. But these media reports turned out to be mere rumours. According to a report published in Catch news, not Akshay but Salman Khan will continue to host the popular reality show.
On the other hand, the official Twitter hand of Bigg Boss also retweeted a post of Colors CEO Raj Nayak who had shared the promo of Bigg Boss 11 starring Salman Khan.

Besides, the Bigg Boss offical handle on Twitter continues to tag Salman Khan in its post regarding auditions of Bigg Boss dropping major hints about the superstar being a part of the show

Certainly, the latest reports have come as a sigh of relief for the Salman fans.
Talking about Akshay Kumar, he will be seen on the small screen but not on Bigg Boss 11 but as a judge on 'The Great Indian Laughter Challenge.
A source reportedly told Mumbai Mirror, "Once Akshay is done with the international sjppt pf Gold, his comedy show will replace Remo D'Souza's Dance Plus 3 on Stare Plus as its format is somewhat similar to the talent hunt show which is on air currently."
"Besides Akshay it has three popular comedians playing mentors to the contestants but he weill have the final say on who goes ahead in the competition. dicussion are on with leading comedians who will play mentors but no names have been finalised yet," the source added.
