Television actor Bhavya Gandhi, who is seen playing the role of Tappu in SAB TV's popular show 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma', has confirmed his exit from the show.
The teen actor was associated with the show for around eight years and rose to fame with his portrayal of a naughty prankster on the family show.
In fact, Bhavya is said to be one of the highest paid child actors in the industry and has literally grown on the show from being a naughty kid to a responsible teenager.

Talking about his exit, Bhavya told an entertainment portal, “Yes, I have quit the show in the month of January. The journey of eight years and eight months has been fruitful. I have enjoyed working with my Taarak cast and Asit (Modi) sir (producer). In the same way, in which my fans have showered me with love, I would want them to support me for my future endeavours.”
He also admitted that while the show has played a very important part in his life, it was quite difficult for him to say goodbye to his character Tappu.
On the other hand, there have been reports that the young actor has left the show in order to look out for better opportunities to explore his acting skills.
Well, with Bhavya's exit, the producers of 'Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma' are now in a quest to look out for another actor for Tappu's role.
