Popular TV soap, Kumkum Bhagya is all set to go for a leap of 20 years and the focus will move from Abhi and Pragya's love story to their equation with twin daughters. There have been a lot of speculations as to who will be playing these new characters. Well, it is no more a secret now.
According to a report in Bombay Times, after auditioning several actor and actress the makers have finally roped in Mugdha Chaphekar and Naina Singh to play the twins.
Earlier, actress Kirtida Mistry, who has been a part of shows like Piya Rangrezz and Vikram Betaal Ki Rahasya Gaatha, was supposed to play the role of one of the twins, Prachi. But makers finalized Mugdha for the same. The other twin’s role, Rhea, has gone to Naina, who was seen in reality TV show Splitsvilla and was one of the finalists in India’s Next Superstar.Â

While this will be an acting debut for Naina, Mughdha Chaphekar has been in the industry for a while now. She was last seen in Savitri Devi College and Hospital. Mughda, who shot to fame by, Dharti Ka Veer Yoddha Prithviraj Chauhan was also a part of Solhah Singaar, Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo and Satrangi Sasural.

 Following the leap, Mishal Raheja who plays King Singh and Leena Jumani who plays Tanu, the report claims, will exit the show.
