Brahmastra | Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt start preparations for Ayan Mukerji directorial (see pics)

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan who is an avid blogger on Instagram shared a picture from the sets of his upcoming super-hero film Brahmastra.

The picture shows him, Ranbir Kapoor and filmmaker Ayan Mukerji engaged in a serious discussion during the look test of Brahmastra. The adventure trilogy, helmed by Ayan Mukerji also features Alia Bhatt in a lead role.

"Ranbir Kapoor , Ayan and yours truly at look test for BRAHMASTRA .. cool .. shoot starts next month .. with Alia too .. a joy to be with this incredible young generation..," Amitabh captioned the picture.

Interestingly, Brahmastra marks the third collaboration of Ranbir and Ayan after their two other successful ventures namely Wake Up Sid and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

Ahead of the inception of Brahmastra, Ranbir, Alia and Ayan had also made a trip to Israel for certain preparations regarding the trilogy. On the other hand, television actress Mouni Roy's 'never seen before' grey avatar will also be a treat for the audiences.

Produced by Dharma Production and Fox Star Studio, the film is expected to hit the theatres on August 15, 2019.

Moreover, Amitabh has also joined hands with Rishi Kapoor for '102 Not Out' after decades of their last joined project 'Ajooba'.

He also recorded a song for the film and shared a picture of the same.
