Sairat Hindi remake starring Jhanvi Kapoor-Ishaan Khatter to go on floors from THIS date

Jhanvi Kapoor, one of the most popular star kids in Bollywood has caught the attention of many directors. Sridevi's daughter has been making waves all over social media for her glamorous look. 

B-town fanatics have been waiting to see her debut on the silver screen and make a name for herself just like her mom. 

Grapevines were buzzing that Jhanvi will be making her debut with the Hindi remake of the hit Marathi film 'Sairat'. There have been a lot of speculations about when the film will see the light of day.

According to media reports, the upcoming Karan Johar film will hit the floors on December 1 and will release in the first half of 2018. Jhanvi will be seen opposite Shahid Kapoor's younger brother Ishaan Khatter.

Ishaan's first film 'Beyond The Clouds' will be released in the upcoming months. The drama film which has been made in three languages is directed by Majid Majidi.

Shashank Khaitan who has helmed romantic comedies like 'Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya' and 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya' will direct the Hindi remake of the blockbuster Marathi film.

Sairat managed to win the hearts of the audience and became the first Marathi film ever to earn Rs 100 crore at the box office. It focussed on the love story of a poor fisherman's son and rich local politician’s daughter. 

We can't wait to see how the Hindi remake of Sairat would turn out to be.
