Manoj Bajpayee in known for intense roles in serious films. The actor who stunned his fans with his refines acting in Amazon Prime Famialy will now be seen in a completely different avatar in a family entertainer along with Diljit Dosanjh. The two actors will be sharing screen for the first time. For the Abhishek Sharma directorial titled Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari.
The unique family comedy that will draw humour from its quirky character and untoward situations will also star Dangal girl Fatima Sana Shaikh. The movie is set in the innocence of 1990s when there was no social media or mobile phones," said Sharma.
With awesome actors like Diljit, Manoj, Fatima, and a fantastic ensemble cast, I am sure we will be able to create an entertaining narrative for our family audience. I am proud and excited to be associated with Zee Studios' first in-house production. It's a start-to-finish schedule; we start shooting on January 6 till mid-March and release it before year-end," he added.

Filming for the movie will star in Janauary 2020. Shariq Patel, CEO, Zee Studios, shared, "It's a new and unique concept, a mad family comedy with a powerful cast that will definitely entertain the audiences! We are happy to associate with Abhishek as the captain of this ship; excited to begin our journey next month."
Diljit will be next seen in Akshya Kumar statter Good Newzz along with Kiara Advani while Manoj Bajpayee is filming the second season of ‘Family Man’. As for Fatima, whe will be next seen in Anurag Basu’s next and Saif Ali Khan, Ali Fazal starrer horror comedy, Bhoot Police
