The Kabir Khan directorial is based on the historic win of India in the 1983 cricket world cup. The upcoming flick was originally slated to release on April 5, 2019 but it has been pushed further by the makers.
The sports drama will now hit the silver screens on August 30, 2019. The official Twitter page of the production house revealed the new release date of the film.

Ranveer had earlier shared a picture with legendary cricketer Kapil Dev on Instagram.
