'Secret Life of Pets' sequel to hit theatres in July, 2018

Sequel to the “Secret Life of Pets” has been scheduled to release in the theatres on July 13, 2018.

The next installment will carry forward the lives the pets lead after their masters leave for work or school each day, reported Digital Spy.

Illumination founder and CEO Chris Meledandri will produce the sequel alongside his longtime collaborator Janet Healy, while director Chris Renaud and writer Brian Lynch will also return.

The box office hit has made more than USD 400 million worldwide since its release.
