'Student of the Year 2' first poster out: Tiger Shroff starrer to release next year

Back in 2012, 'Student Of The Year' turned out to be the perfect launching pad for Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Siddharth Malhotra in Bollywood. The romantic-comedy film which was directed by Karan Johar did quite well at the box office. 

The 'Kal Ho Na Ho' director had earlier announced that 'Student Of The Year 2' will roll out with a new star cast. Tiger Shroff has been roped to play the lead role in the much-awaited movie.

Karan Johar took to Twitter to share the first poster of the second installment of Student Of The Year. The poster revealed that the movie will hit the silver screens in 2018.

Tiger Shroff who is preparing for 'Baaghi 2' looked like a cool college student in the poster.

Unlike Student Of The Year, the new movie will be directed by Puneesh Malhotra who has helmed Sonam Kapoor and Imran Khan starrer 'I hate Luv Stories'. The makers are yet to announce who will star opposite the Heropanti actor in the sequel of the much-loved film.
