Author Reham Khan, former wife of cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan, has claimed threats to her life following her sensational revelation about Pakistan politics and other controversial issues in her yet-to-be published book Reham Khan that were leaked online.
Excerpts from the manuscript of her book, which included shocking details of former husband Imran Khan and the Pakistan Army, were leaked online recently. Following which, she claimed to have received threats from former cricketers and politicians and was asked to not publish the book.
"I have received threats from cricketers," Reham claimed in an exclusive interview to Ajay Kumar, News Nation on Friday.
She also revealed the troubled nature of her former husband and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan, who is in the race to be Pakistan’s prime minister, and said that he was not an honest man.
“Imran Khan is neither an honest man or righteous in line with constitutional provinces,” alleged Reham Khan in the interview.
The revelations on Imran Khan holds significance in view of the elections in her country starting July 25.

The former wife of Imran Khan also claimed that the results of the Pakistan general elections are already decided and the people are being cheated there.
''Pakistan elections are a waste of money, people are being cheated there,'' she said, claiming that "criminals are receiving tickets to the Pakistani Parliament''.
The leaked details of the book also included claims of Wasim Akram’s sex life and it has not gone down well with the cricketer. Former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram had recently sent a legal notice to Reham.
Reham Khan is expected to launch her book ‘Reham Khan’ before the Pakistan general elections. The book is based on her personal experiences as a ‘mother, wife, journalist and warrior,’ she revealed.
Reham Khan got married to PTI chief Imran Khan as his second wife in January 2015, but soon the two were divorced in October 2015.
