Indian Army has postponed all SSB Batches Schedule that were to commence from March 20, 2020 onwards. Candidates who are going to appear for the Indian Army Service Selection Board Batches Exams and Interview from March 20, 2020 onwards have now been postponed till further notice due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Earlier, a 34 year-old soldier of Indian Army is being tested positive for the Coronavirus infection in Leh region, army sources said.
SSB (Services Selection Board) is an organization that tests the skill-set of deserving candidates for various positions in officer rank into the Indian Armed Forces. The board tests personality, intelligence and aptitude of eligible candidates for becoming officers in Indian Armed Forces.
Government Competitive Exams 2020 Postponed Amid COVID-19
Earlier, Indian Tibetan Border Police postponed the Constable/Tradesman Recruitment 2017 Exam that was scheduled to be held on March 23, 2020 due to the threat of COVID-19. The exam is scheduled to be held across 11 centres. Other than this, the Airmen Star 01/2020 automated e-Pariksha has also been postponed due to the outbreak of Coronavirus.

Apart from this, schools and colleges in many states have been shut down till March 31, 2020. However, CBSE Board Exams 2020 are going to held as per the schedule. In the meantime, UP government has ordered to postpone all competitive exams in the state till April 2, 2020.
