Indian Coast Guard Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for the Indian Coast Guard Posts, candidates need to have passed class 10th examination from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks. The age limit set for the Indian Coast Guard posts is 18 to 22 years. Age relaxation is given as per government norms. All selected candidates will be paid Rs 21, 700 in Pay Level 3 including other allowances.
Indian Coast Guard Recruitment: Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected for the various posts in Indian Coast Guard recruitment drive based on written test followed by Physical Fitness Test and Medical Examination (prelims). Other than this, the Physical Fitness Test will be conducted for those who qualify the written test. The PFT will comprise 1.6 km run that is to be completed in 7 minutes along-with 20 squats and 10 pushups.
