Punjab And Haryana High Court recruitment notification has been released for the Steno Typist posts. All interested and eligible candidates need to apply through the prescribed format latest by January 15, 2020. Candidates need to go through the official notification and eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the above-mentioned post.
A total of 20 positions of Steno Typist are going to be filled through this recruitment drive out of which 16 vacancies are for General Candidates, 2 vacancies are for ST/ST candidates and 1 vacancy for Ex-Servicemen.
In order to apply for the Steno Typist post, candidates need to be Graduate from a recognized university. In addition, candidates need to have proficiency in Computer Operations that include word processing and spread sheets. Candidates must be in the age group of 18 to 30 years to apply for the post.
Candidates applying for the Steno Post will be selected on the basis of dictation test which needs to be taken at the speed of 80 words per minute in English shorthand and to transcribe the same on the computer at 20 words per minute speed.
Interested and eligible candidates need to duly fill the application form and send the application to ‘Coordination Branch, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh – 160001 latest by January 15, 2020.
