Assam Police Constable Recruitment Notification has been released. All eligible and interested candidates need to apply through the prescribed format latest by March 15, 2020. The Assam Police Constable Recruitment online application will start from February 25, 2020. It is to note that more than 1,500 vacant positions are going to be filled through this competitive exam recruitment drive. Candidates need to visit the official website of Assam Police, i.e. police.assam.gov.in to check the Assam Police Constable Recruitment Notification. It is to note that a total of 802 vacancies are to be filled for Constable of Police (Communication) post. In addition to this, 410 vacancies and 57 vacancies are there to be filled for the posts of Firemen and Emergency Rescuer respectively. Apart from this, other positions that are going to be filled through this recruitment drive are Police Constable (UB), Sub Officer, Police Constable (Messenger) and Police Constable (Carpenter).

In order to apply for the Assam Police Constable Posts, candidates should be citizen of India and resident of Assam. Other than this, candidates should be in the age group of 20 to 24 years for the post Sub Officer. For the post of Constable, Firemen and Emergency Rescuer, candidates need to be in the age group of 18 to 25 years. Other than this, candidates need to meet the required physical standard eligibility as mentioned in the official notification. All eligible candidates need to apply online through the SLPRB website, i.e. slprbassam.in.
