IWST recruitment notification has been released for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) and other posts. The recruitment notification is released by Institute of Wood Science and Technology. All interested and eligible candidates need to apply through the prescribed format latest by January 16, 2020. Candidates must also make sure to read the official notification and eligibility criteria carefully before apply for the respective posts. A total of 16 vacant positions are going to be filled through this recruitment drive.
The number of vacancies released post-wise by IWST are mentioned below:
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 1 Post
Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 12 Posts
Technical Assistant (Category-II) (Chemistry): 1 Post
Technician (Category I) (Plumber): 1 Post
Technician (Category I) (Carpenter): 1 Post
In order to apply for the Lower Division Clerk post, candidates need to have passed class 12 examination from a recognized board and should be in the age group of 18 to 27 years. Candidates applying for the MTS post should have passed class 10th exam from a recognized board and should be in the age group of 18 to 27 years.
For the Technical Assistant (Category –II) (Chemistry) post, candidates need to have B.Sc Degree in respective discipline from a recognized university. Candidates need to be in the age group of 21 to 30 years for this post. Candidates applying for the post of Technician (Category I) (Plumber) need to be 10th pass from a recognized board with ITI certificate in relevant trade. The age limit for this post is 18 years to 30 years.
Candidates need to have passed class 10th examination from a recognized board with ITI certificate in relevant trade for the post of Technician (Category I) (Carpenter). In addition, candidates need to be in the age group of 18 to 30 years for this post.
