North Central Railway recruitment notification has been released for Apprentice posts. A total of 296 vacant positions are going to be filled through this recruitment drive. The vacancies released by the North Central Railway are for the trades of Welder, Electrician, Fitter, Carpenter, Machinist, Plumber, Information Technology and Electronics System Maintenance, Painter, Stenographer, Draftsman, Health Sanitary Inspector, Wireman and Mechanic-cum-operator Electronics Communication System.
All eligible candidates need to apply through the prescribed format latest by January 10, 2020. Candidates need to go through the official notification and eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the respective post. The post-wise number of vacancies released by North Central Railway are as follows:
Electrician: 90
Fitter: 60
Stenographer (English): 20
Welder: 10
Machinist: 10
Painter: 12
Carpenter: 14
Plumber: 16
Draftsman (Civil): 12
Wireman: 16
Information Technology & Electronics System Maintenance: 15
In order to apply for the Apprentice post, candidates need to have passed class 10th examination with at-least 50 percent marks. In addition, candidates need to have ITI passed certificate in the respective trade from an approved institute that is affiliated to NCVT/SCVT.
All candidates who are eligible need to apply in the prescribed format and send the duly filled application form to Office of the Divisional Railway Manager Personnel Dept, North Central Railway, Agra Cantt latest by January 10, 2020.
