OSSSC recruitment notification has been released for Forest Guard post by the Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission. All interested and eligible candidates need to apply through the prescribed format on the official website, i.e. osssc.gov.in. A total of 806 vacancies are going to be filled through this recruitment drive. The last date to apply for the Forest Guard post is December 29, 2019.
It is to note that candidates must be in the age group of 18 to 32 years as on January 1, 2019. Candidates also need to have passed class 10th exam from a recognized board to apply for the Forest Guard Post. To apply for the Forest Guard Post, candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps:

The application fee for the Forest Guard Post is Rs 100. In addition, the salary package of Forest Guards will be in the scale of Rs 5200 to Rs 20200 plus grade pay of Rs 1900. The selection process includes five phases that include Physical Standard Measurement, Physical Efficiency Test, NCC, Sports and Written Test.
