SSC CGL Registration: The online registration process for SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam 2019-2020 will end on Monday, and all the eligible candidates who haven’t applied till now need to register right away. Candidates can visit the official website of the commission, i.e. ssc.nic.in for the registration.

It is to be noted that as per the official notification by SSC CGL, the deadline for applying for SSC CGL 2019-20 is November 25. Candidates must make sure to read the official notification and eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the exam.

To apply for the SSC CGL exam, candidates need to have Bachelor Degree or should be in the final year of Graduation. For those candidates who are still pursing Graduation need to get their degree before January 1, 2020. The age limit for the SSC CGL is 18 to 27 and 18 to 30 years as on January 1, 2020 for Group C and Group B posts respectively. The upper age limit for Junior Statistical Officer is 32 years.

SSC CGL Registration fee

Candidates will have to pay Rs 100 as registration fee, through BHIM UPI, net banking or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay credit or debit card or in cash at SBI branches by generating SBI challan. Importantly, women candidates and applicants from Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) category do not have to pay the fee.

To apply for the SSC CGL 2019 exam, candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps:

  1. Firstly, visit SSC’s official website, ssc.nic.in
  2. Then, confirm the eligibility and click on the registration link
  3. Register by providing the information and validating the mobile number, email id provided
  4. Register by providing the basic details such as email ID, mobile number, etc.
  5. After the registration process candidates need to duly fill the application process upload the images in prescribed format and pay the application fee.
  6. Once the registration process is done, download and save your application form for future reference.

Importantly, candidates should note that questions from the sections of General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language will be asked in the exam.
