TNTET Exam Timetable 2020 has been released by the Teachers Recruitment Board, Tamil Nadu. Candidates need to visit the official website, i.e. trb.tn.nic.in to check the notification regarding the TNTET Exam 2020. As released on the official website, the TNTET 2020 exam will be conducted on June 27 and June 28, 2020. The detailed official notification regarding the TNTET Exam is likely to be released on May 4, 2020. It is to note that the TN TET Exam 2020 Application Process has not started as of now.
Once the official notification regrading the TNTET 2020 Exam is release, the TNTET 2020 Application Process will begin, and all the updates will be published on the official website in due course of time. The Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test is conducted to determine the eligibility of candidates as teachers of class 1 to 8. The TNTET 2020 Exam will have two papers. Paper 1 is for candidates who want to teach students of class 1 to class 5. Paper 2 is for those candidates who want to teach students of class 6 to class 8.
The TNTET Application fee for one paper is Rs 500 for general category students and Rs 250 for reserved category candidates. General Candidates who are opting for both the papers need to pay Rs 1000. Reserved category candidates appearing for both the papers need to pay Rs 500 as the application fee for TNTET 2020 Exam. In order to apply for the TNTET 2020 Exam, candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed. or a Diploma in Elementary Education.
