The number of vacancies for the posts of JRF, JPF and Project Assistant are as follows:
- Project Assistant: 11
- Junior Research Fellow: 02
- Junior Project Fellow: 05
HFRI Shimla Recruitment 2019: Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualification:
- Project Assistant: B.Sc. Forestry/Botany/Environmental Science with rich experience of high-altitude camping/trekking.
- Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. Forestry/Botany/Environmental Science with rich experience of high-altitude camping/trekking.
- Junior Project Fellow: M.Sc. Forestry/Botany/Environmental Science/Entomology from a recognized university.
Candidates applying for the posts should be less than 28 years of age (5 years relaxation given to reserved category students)
