UPSC IFS Main Exam 2019 timetable has been released by Union Public Service Commission. All those candidates who have successfully cleared the Indian Forest Service Prelims exam can check the IFS Main exam timetable at the official website of UPSC, i.e. upsc.gov.in. According to the date sheet, the IFS Main exam is going to be conducted from December 1 to December 8, 2019. All candidates need to check the exam dates carefully and start the revising the important topics for the upcoming exam.
The detailed schedule of UPSC IFS Main Exam 2019 is given below:
December 1 – General English (Forenoon Session) and General Knowledge (Evening Session)
December 3 – Mathematics Paper I and Statistics Paper 1 (Forenoon Session) and Mathematics Paper II and Statistics Paper II (Evening session)
December 4 – Physics Paper I and Zoology Paper I (Forenoon Session) and Physics Paper II and Zoology Paper II (Evening session)
December 5 – Chemistry Paper I and Geology Paper I (Forenoon Session) and Chemistry Paper II and Geology Paper II (Evening Session)
December 6 – Agriculture Paper I, Animal Husbandry Paper I and Veterinary Science Paper 1 (Forenoon Session) and Agriculture Paper II, Animal Husbandry Paper II and Veterinary Science Paper II (Evening Session)
December 7 – Forestry Paper I (Forenoon session) and Forestry Paper II (Evening Session)

UPSC IFS 2019 Recruitment: Selection Procedure
The UPSC IFS Exam 2019 will comprise two stages:
UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Exam: Objective Type paper for selection of candidates in the IFS Main exam.
UPSC IF Main Exam (Written and Interview) for the final selection of candidates for the Indian Forest Service.
UPSC IFS 2019 Recruitment: Exam centres
The IFS Main examination will be held at the following centres: Chennai, Bhopal, Dispur, Delhi, Hyderabad, Lucknow Kolkata, PortBlair, Shimla and Nagpur. It is to note that candidates will be offered only 6 attempts to apply for the examination.
