UPSC NDA And NA Exam I 2019 final marks of recommended candidates have been released by Union Public Service Commission. All those candidates who appeared for the Naval Defence Academy and Naval Academy (I) Exam 2019 can visit the official website, i.e. upsc.gov.in to check the list of final marks of recommended candidates. It is to note that UPSC NDA I Exam 2019 topper, Ripunjay Naithani has been declared as the topper with the total score of 1015 marks out of 1800. Meanwhile, Ripunjay’s score in the written exam and SSB exam of 900 marks each is 536 and 479 respectively.
Nevertheless, Ripunjay Naithani has not scored the highest marks in written examination and is lower than the 2nd rank holder, Deep Yagnesh Dave. Ripunjay’s written exam score is 536 and Deep Yagnesh Dave’s written exam score is 549. However, Ripunjay’s total score is the highest. Ripunjay Naithani scored well in the SSB exam and his score of 479 helped him to secure the first rank.
It is to note that a total of 447 candidates have been selected. In addition, the least cut off score to make it to the list is 704 that is a total of 39.11 percent score. According to the policy, Union Public Service Commission will be releasing the UPSC NDA and NA I exam 2019 score within 15 days of the declaration of the final result. The final score of all shortlisted candidates will be released around November 29, 2019.
The UPSC NDA and NA Exam is conducted for selection of candidates to the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy. The NDA/NA exam is conducted twice a year, and as per the UPSC 2020 Calendar, the UPSC NDA/NA 1 2020 Exam notification is likely to be released on January 8, 2020, and the exam is going to be conducted on April 19, 2020.
