UPSC Postpones Uploading Of Direct Recruitment Posts Advertisement, Details Here

According to the official notification released by Union Public Service Commission, the uploading of advertisement of Direct Recruitment posts has been deferred amid the outbreak of Coronavirus.

UPSC has postponed the uploading of advertisement of posts under Direct Recruitment. According to the official notification released by Union Public Service Commission, the uploading of advertisement of Direct Recruitment posts has been deferred amid the outbreak of Coronavirus. Earlier, the detailed advertisement for the Direct Recruitment Posts was scheduled to be released on March 28, 2020 online at the official website of the commission and UPSC Online Recruitment Application website. However, in view of COVID-19, the commission has postponed the uploading the advertisement for the above mentioned posts.

UPSC Direct Recruitment Posts Notification 2020 Details

It is to note that the commission will release the new date for the uploading of advertisement for the posts under direct recruitment in due course of time on the official website. Candidates need to visit the official website of UOSC, i.e. upsc.gov.in for more details. Meanwhile, UPSC has postponed the release of IES/ISS Exam Notification that was scheduled to be released on March 25, 2020.

Earlier, UPSC had postponed the Civil Services 2019 Personality Test (Interview) for the Civil Services Main Exam 2019 that was scheduled to be held from March 23 to April 3, 2020. In view of COVID-19, the commission has taken this decision. The new dates for personality test will be released by the commission in due course of time.

Meanwhile, many other competitive entrance exams and board exams across the country are postponed due to the outbreak of Coronavirus. At this point of time, everyone is advised to stay at home and maintain social distancing to combat the issue of COVID-19.
