Bihar Police arrested former JD(U) MLA Suryadeo Singh for his alleged involvement in a firing incident in Sasaram in which two persons, including a girl, were killed on Sunday.

Singh was arrested with weapons, news agency ANI said on its Twitter handle.

According to sources, an argument over a property dispute triggered the incident in Tenduni village.

The injured have been admitted to a private clinic.
