India International Trade Fair 2016 begins in Delhi: Know dates, timings, venue here

President Pranab Mukherjee on Monday inaugurated the India International Trade Fair, which is expected to witness participation from more than 27 countries.

This year’s edition of the mega trade fair will have the theme of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's pet project 'Digital India'. The fair will close on November 27 and have over 7,000 participants.

Venue: Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

Partner country: South Korea

Focus country: Belarus

Partner states: Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand

Focus state: Haryana

Participating Countries: Australia, Afghanistan, Belarus, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Iran, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Netherlands, Oman, Sri Lanka, South Africa, South Korea, Singapore, Tibet, Turkey, Thailand, UAE and UK.

Price of entry ticket:  Rs. 60 on weekdays for adults and Rs. 120 on weekends and holidays. For business days, which will be from November 14 to 18, entry tickets are priced at Rs. 500

Tickets available at 33 Delhi Metro stations: Dilshad Garden, Shahdara, Inderlok, Rithala, Samaypur Badli, Jahangir Puri, Kashmere Gate, New Delhi, Rajiv Chowk, Central Secretariat, Saket, Huda City Centre, Noida City Centre, Botanical Garden, Pragati Maidan, Barakhamba, Karol Bagh, Kirti Nagar-3, Uttam Nagar (East), Dwarka Mor, Dwarka Sec-21, Vaishali, LaxmiNagar, Anand Vihar. Mundka, Peera Garhi, ITO, Mandi House -6, Lajpat Nagar, Govind Puri, Badarpur and Escorts Mujesar.
