A big question mark on cops over Rahul Gandhi's verification

A big question mark has been posed on the credibility of cops in India with an incident that officially verified Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi as servant. Rahul Gandhi has no official residence in Ghaziabad, cops don’t think so as they have verified him as a servant/driver there.

The police post of Shipra Sun City under Indirapuram police jurisdiction verified the personal details of the tenant written as Rahul Gandhi, son of late Rajiv Gandhi who was originally resident of house number 12, Tughlak Lane, New Delhi. The profession mentioned against his name is politics and marital status as unmarried.

A picture posted by an online portal clearly shows that the form has been verified by the Indirapuram police station.

The incident came in light when the picture of verification form was shared in the social media. Such a mistake is unacceptable and raises many questions over the functioning of cops.
