As Delhi reels from an outbreak of chikungunya, dengue and other mosquito-borne viral diseases, Health Minister Satyender Jain returned from Goa, where he had gone to oversee the Aam Aadmi Party's preparations for next year's assembly elections.
A dissident faction of former workers of AAP, Aam Aadmi Sena raised slogans against the health minister Satyendra Jain and removed his nameplate from his house.

The AAS even slammed CM Arvind Kejriwal as he is in Bangalore for his treatment.

The Delhi government on Tuesday put the onus on Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung and the Centre for the outbreak of dengue and chikungunya in the national capital even as Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his cabinet colleagues came in for criticism for remaining "absent" from the city.
