Aarti has named eight of her business partners.

Aarti, wife of former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag has filed a complaint against her business partners alleging that they took a loan of Rs 4.5 crore by forging her signatures. 

According to reports, the complaint has been filed against M/s Lakhanpal Promoters & Builders Pvt. Ltd for forging her signatures to take the loan and later defaulting on the payment.

According to reports, Aarti submitted the complaint around a month back but the case was registered on Friday after the police investigation.

In her complaint, Aarti has named eight of her business partners claiming that they took the loan from a Delhi-based creditor without her knowledge. 

"The accused persons approached the creditors without any consent and knowledge of the complainant... and availed loan of Rs 4.5 crore from them" the complaint reads. 

According to a report in ANI, the firm - an agro-based company - influenced the creditors by using her husband Virender Sehwag's name and later forged her signatures on the tripartite agreement.
